Website in 4 Hours - Limited Offer Terms
These terms apply specifically to the ₹7,499 + GST “Website in 4 Hours” promotional package offered by McFly World Communications Private Limited (“McFly World”, “we”, “us”) at mcflyworld.com. They supplement our general Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. Where there is a conflict, these offer terms prevail for this package only.
1. Eligibility
- This offer is available to India-based businesses and professionals only. Billing is in Indian Rupees (INR) with applicable GST.
- Purchases are limited to 100 slots for the promotional period unless we publish a revised cap.
- One promotional purchase per registered business entity unless we approve otherwise in writing.
2. Price and payment
- The promotional base price is ₹7,499 (pre-GST). Applicable GST is calculated and shown at checkout.
- Payment is collected online via Razorpay after you review and accept the digital service agreement in the client area.
- Work does not commence until payment is successfully captured and confirmed.
3. Scope included
When inputs are provided promptly, the package typically includes:
- Up to four (4) pages (e.g. Home, About, Services, Contact) on a standard business website template.
- Domain registration for one (1) year on a commonly available TLD (.in, .com, etc.) subject to availability.
- Hosting setup for the first year on infrastructure we specify.
- A logo designed to match your brief (standard revision round included).
- Written content for key pages based on information you supply (not long-form copywriting beyond agreed pages).
- Mobile-responsive layout, basic on-page SEO setup, and launch assistance.
4. Four-hour delivery
- The “4 hours” commitment starts after we receive complete payment, a filled brief, and required brand inputs during our working hours (IST).
- Delivery within four hours is a target for standard sites, not a guarantee for complex or delayed inputs.
- Requests outside scope (e-commerce catalogues, custom apps, multilingual sites, etc.) require a separate quote.
5. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business name, GSTIN (if applicable), contact details, services list, and brand preferences within 30 minutes of our onboarding message when possible.
- Approve domain name choices quickly. We are not liable for unavailable domains.
- Review the draft promptly. One consolidated revision round is included unless otherwise stated.
6. Exclusions
Unless purchased separately, this offer does not include: paid advertising, ongoing SEO retainers, e-commerce payment gateways, booking engines, copy for more than four pages, stock photography licensing beyond free tiers, email mailboxes beyond basic forwarding, or post-launch maintenance after the handover period stated in your agreement.
7. Refunds and cancellations
- Because delivery begins immediately after payment and inputs, refunds are generally not available once work has started, except where required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.
- If we cannot fulfil the offer due to our capacity or technical fault before meaningful work begins, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your choice.
- Chargebacks without contacting hello@mcflyworld.com first may result in suspension of services.
8. Domain and hosting renewal
First-year domain and hosting are included in the promotional price. Renewals, upgrades, and transfers are billed separately at then-current rates before expiry. We will remind you in advance.
9. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive usage rights to the delivered website, logo, and content as described in your service agreement. McFly World retains rights to underlying frameworks, libraries, and pre-existing assets unless otherwise agreed.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Goa shall have jurisdiction, consistent with our standard client agreements.
