Answers below reflect how McFly World typically engages global clients on web, app, SEO, and marketing programmes. Your signed agreement controls if anything differs.
Do you work outside India?
Yes. We deliver remotely for organisations in the United States, United Kingdom, UAE, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and other regions, with milestones, documentation, and meeting cadences aligned to your time zones where agreed in the SOW.
How do proposals and buying cycles work?
You submit a brief; we may clarify by email or a short call, then issue a written outline — scope, assumptions, plan, roles, and investment bands — that you can route through finance and legal. Large programmes may split into discovery and build phases.
Is SEO included in every web project?
We ship SEO-ready technical foundations (crawlability, performance hygiene, structured metadata patterns) by default. Ongoing SEO, content production, and paid media are scoped as separate workstreams or retainer programmes with KPIs tied to your funnel.
What stacks and integrations do you support?
Common engagements include Laravel, WordPress, headless CMS architectures, and native/hybrid mobile apps. We integrate with mainstream CRMs, analytics, payment gateways, SSO, and marketing tools as specified — and flag feasibility early if an integration is uncommon.
Can we start under NDA?
Yes. Use our NDA process or provide your mutual template. We can complete security questionnaires once an NDA or RFP stage allows proportionate disclosure.
How is support handled after go-live?
Hypercare, warranty windows, and retainers are defined in your contract. Day-to-day contact typically remains on email, phone, and WhatsApp with ticket references for traceability.
Who owns the IP?
Custom deliverables are usually licensed or assigned as stated in your agreement, commonly upon payment of the relevant milestone. Third-party and open-source components remain under their licences. Details belong in your MSA/SOW, not this FAQ.
