Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

Remote — India (regional focus as assigned)

Lead sales performance for an assigned territory or segment — pipeline ownership, team coordination, and local market development for McFly digital services.

You combine hunter instincts with territory planning: targets, channel mix, and field or inside sales alignment. You report on forecast accuracy and market feedback to leadership.

This role suits experienced sellers ready to mentor juniors and own a geography or vertical.

Key responsibilities

  • Own revenue and activity targets for the assigned territory or industry vertical.
  • Build territory plans: ICP, account lists, events, partnerships, and quarterly priorities.
  • Sell directly on mid-size deals; coach telesales and sales executives on outreach quality.
  • Conduct market visits or regional meetings when travel is in scope and approved.
  • Maintain top-account relationships and executive sponsorship for strategic logos.
  • Forecast weekly/monthly; keep CRM data audit-ready for leadership reviews.
  • Collaborate with marketing on localized campaigns, case studies, and language needs.
  • Gather competitive and pricing intelligence from the field; recommend positioning tweaks.
  • Support hiring and onboarding of territory sales staff as the team grows.
  • Ensure proposals and delivery commitments stay realistic with operations leads.

Requirements & qualifications

  • 4+ years sales experience with at least 2 years in territory, regional, or team-lead capacity.
  • Proven quota attainment and pipeline management discipline.
  • Strong English; additional regional languages a plus for domestic territories.
  • Valid travel documents if field travel is required.
  • Leadership presence — mentors others without micromanaging.
  • Understanding of digital services portfolio and ideal client profiles.

Nice to have

  • Prior territory management in agency, IT services, or logistics tech.
  • Partner/channel development in the same region.
  • Experience managing inside sales pods.
