Telesales Executive

You are the front line of outreach — lists, scripts, and persistence with respect. You work from CRM playbooks and feedback loops to improve connect rates and meeting quality.

Clear English, good listening, and accurate logging make the handoff to Sales Executives seamless.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute outbound call campaigns from approved lists and scripts.
  • Qualify prospects: need, authority, budget, timeline, and fit for McFly services.
  • Book discovery meetings for Sales Executives and send calendar invites with context notes.
  • Follow up on marketing leads (forms, downloads, events) within agreed SLAs.
  • Log every touch in CRM: outcomes, objections, callbacks, and dispositions.
  • Hit daily/weekly call and meeting-booked targets set by sales leadership.
  • Request list refinements when data quality or ICP mismatch hurts results.
  • Send personalised follow-up emails or LinkedIn touches when calls do not connect.
  • Report pipeline activity, connect rates, and common objections weekly.
  • Adhere to DNC, privacy, and ethical outreach standards.

Requirements & qualifications

  • 1+ years telesales, inside sales, or high-volume outbound calling experience.
  • Clear, confident English (neutral or mild accent acceptable with strong clarity).
  • Comfort with CRM and dialler tools; accurate data entry habits.
  • Resilience to rejection; positive tone on calls.
  • Basic understanding of digital/agency services to qualify interest.
  • Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace for calls.

Nice to have

  • B2B international outreach experience.
  • Email/LinkedIn sequencing alongside calls.
  • Regional language skills for domestic campaigns.
