Sales Executive

Full-time

Remote — India (client overlap US/UK/EU)

Own the sales cycle for digital services — discovery, proposals, negotiation, and close — while coordinating with delivery teams for realistic scopes and happy handoffs.

You represent McFly World to prospects across web, mobile, SEO, and marketing services. You qualify leads, run demos or discovery calls, and build proposals that match client goals and our delivery capacity.

CRM hygiene, pipeline forecasting, and ethical selling practices are non-negotiable.

Key responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads; document needs, budget, timeline, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct discovery calls and present relevant case studies, capabilities, and engagement models.
  • Prepare proposals, statements of work, and pricing within approved frameworks.
  • Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close contracts with legal/finance checkpoints as required.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, design, and engineering for estimates and solution outlines.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records: stages, activities, forecasts, and next steps.
  • Hand off won deals to project leads with clear scope, contacts, and success criteria.
  • Follow up on proposals; re-engage stalled opportunities with value-led outreach.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets and activity metrics agreed with leadership.
  • Represent the brand professionally on email, video calls, and occasional events.

Requirements & qualifications

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience (services, SaaS, or agency preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota or revenue goals.
  • Strong English for calls, proposals, and email with international clients.
  • Comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Understanding of digital services: web, apps, SEO, marketing — enough to qualify fit.
  • Resilient, organised, and honest about capacity and timelines.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to US, UK, or EU markets across time zones.
  • Proposal tools, e-sign, and basic contract familiarity.
  • Existing network in logistics, tech, or professional services.
