Digital Marketing Executive (Paid & Social)

Plan and execute campaigns across Meta, Google, and aligned channels — with clean tracking, creative iteration, and honest reporting.

You align creative, landing pages, and tracking with our web team so campaigns are measurable and maintainable. Clients expect clarity on spend, tests, and next steps.

Experience with B2B and B2C accounts internationally is helpful; timezone-aware communication with stakeholders is part of the role.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan paid campaigns (search, social, display/remarketing as scoped) with clear objectives, audiences, budgets, and bidding strategies.
  • Build and optimise ad accounts: account structure, naming, conversion events, UTMs, and attribution assumptions documented for the client.
  • Collaborate on landing pages, forms, and thank-you flows with web/SEO to improve quality score, CVR, and tracking integrity.
  • Produce testing roadmaps (creatives, copy, audiences, bids) with hypothesis, success metrics, and learn-out summaries.
  • Monitor pacing, frequency, brand safety, and policy compliance; escalate disapprovals or account issues quickly.
  • Deliver scheduled performance reports with narrative: what changed, why it matters, and recommended next actions.
  • Support organic social calendars when in scope: content pillars, scheduling, community moderation guidelines.
  • Stay informed on platform changes (Meta, Google, LinkedIn as applicable) and privacy/cookie constraints.
  • Maintain documentation: access, pixel IDs, audiences, creative specs, and handover packs for clients.
  • Join client calls or async updates with professionalism; capture action items and owners.

Requirements & qualifications

  • 1–3+ years hands-on paid media (Meta and/or Google Ads) for real budgets.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels/tags, GA4 events, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Strong copy instincts and ability to brief designers or tweak creative for tests.
  • Excel/Sheets comfort for pacing models and simple forecasts.
  • Excellent English for client emails and call notes.
  • Organised, deadline-driven, and transparent when results disappoint.

Nice to have

  • LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, programmatic, or e-commerce catalog ads.
  • Marketing automation or CRM hand-off experience.
  • Industry certifications (Google/Meta) — useful but not mandatory.
