You work with SEO, paid media, design, and sales teams so messaging, landing pages, and tracking stay aligned. Clients expect clear plans, honest metrics, and actionable next steps.
You may manage multiple accounts; strong written English and structured reporting are essential.
Key responsibilities
- Develop digital marketing plans aligned to client goals: audience, channels, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
- Coordinate content, social, email, and paid initiatives with internal specialists and client stakeholders.
- Maintain campaign calendars, asset checklists, and UTM/tracking standards for measurable performance.
- Monitor analytics (GA4, platform dashboards) and produce weekly or monthly performance summaries with recommendations.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, offers, and landing pages; document learnings for reuse across accounts.
- Support lead-generation funnels: forms, CRM hand-offs, nurture sequences, and sales follow-up alignment.
- Research competitors, trends, and audience insights to inform positioning and campaign angles.
- Ensure brand voice consistency across web, social, email, and ad copy within approved guidelines.
- Join client calls or async updates; capture decisions, owners, and due dates in shared trackers.
- Stay current on platform policies, privacy constraints, and ethical marketing practices.
Requirements & qualifications
- 2+ years digital marketing experience (agency or in-house) with real campaign ownership.
- Hands-on experience with at least two of: social, email, paid media, content marketing, or marketing automation.
- Comfort with GA4 (or comparable analytics), conversion tracking, and basic attribution thinking.
- Strong copy instincts and ability to brief designers or video teams clearly.
- Excellent English for emails, decks, and stakeholder communication.
- Organised, deadline-driven, and transparent when results underperform.
Nice to have
- HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM/marketing automation experience.
- B2B lead-gen or international multi-market campaigns.
- Certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot) — useful but not mandatory.
