Content Creator

You turn strategy into publishable assets: blogs, carousels, reels scripts, email copy, and landing page narratives. You collaborate with design, SEO, and video teams for cohesive campaigns.

Quality, originality, and on-deadline delivery matter as much as volume.

Key responsibilities

• Write and adapt content for web, social, email, and ads following brand guidelines and SEO briefs.
• Develop content calendars with themes, hooks, and CTAs aligned to campaign objectives.
• Research topics, keywords, and audience pain points; cite sources where appropriate.
• Create short-form video scripts, shot lists, and on-screen text for production teams.
• Repurpose long-form content into social snippets, threads, and newsletter sections.
• Collaborate with designers on visual storytelling, captions, and alt text.
• Proofread and edit peer content for tone, grammar, and factual consistency.
• Track content performance (traffic, engagement, leads) and iterate on high-performing formats.
• Maintain versioned drafts, approvals, and asset libraries per client.
• Respond to feedback quickly; meet publishing deadlines across concurrent accounts.

Requirements & qualifications

• 2+ years professional content creation (agency, brand, or media).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web copy, social content, and at least one long-form format.
• Excellent English grammar and adaptable tone (B2B and B2C).
• Basic SEO awareness: headings, intent, internal links, and meta-friendly writing.
• Comfort with Google Docs, Notion, or similar collaboration tools.
• Self-directed, organised, and receptive to constructive feedback.

Nice to have

• On-camera presence or voice-over experience.
• Canva, Figma basics, or light image editing.
• Industry experience in tech, SaaS, logistics, or professional services.
