You think beyond single transactions: channels, referrals, co-marketing, and repeat expansion within accounts. You partner with leadership on positioning and target segments.

Long-term relationship building and honest fit assessment matter more than short-term wins.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritise target segments, geographies, and partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of strategic accounts and referral partners.
  • Lead executive-level conversations, RFP responses, and complex deal structuring with sales leadership.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, MSAs, and commercial terms within approval limits.
  • Coordinate case studies, credentials, and custom pitches for enterprise prospects.
  • Work with marketing on events, webinars, and co-branded campaigns that generate qualified demand.
  • Track market trends, competitor positioning, and pricing intelligence for leadership reviews.
  • Enable internal teams with battlecards, objection handling, and win/loss insights.
  • Report forecast, pipeline health, and partnership ROI monthly.
  • Represent McFly at industry forums, associations, or virtual events when appropriate.

Requirements & qualifications

  • 4+ years business development or enterprise sales in services, SaaS, or agency environments.
  • Demonstrated success closing or enabling deals above mid-market value.
  • Strong English and executive presence on video calls and written proposals.
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on CRM and pipeline discipline.
  • Ability to collaborate with delivery leads on scoping and risk.
  • High integrity — no over-promising on capabilities or timelines.

Nice to have

  • Existing partner or client network in target verticals.
  • Experience with channel/reseller models or white-label delivery.
  • MBA or formal sales methodology training (MEDDIC, SPIN, etc.).
